  • Shipping and handling costs are based on the amount of your total order and include a $2 Internet Convenience Fee, as follows: Order Amount S/H Fees $10.00 - $15.00 $4 $15.01 - 30.00 $5 $30.01 - 50.00 $6 $50.01 - 75.00 $7 $75.01 - 100.00 $8 $100.01 or more $10 Shipping Time Frame Products will be shipped within one week of placing your order, and approximate time for delivery is a week to ten days.   • Returns and cancellations will be accepted. However, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, the $2 Internet Convenience Fee, plus a $2 restocking fee.
